Pathways to Memory
A social-behavioral intervention program is key to assisting individuals struggling with cognitive decline, shortened attention span, memory gaps, and disorientation.
Life isn't over for people diagnosed with a memory impairing illness such as Alzheimer's disease. Pathways to Memory™ is a customized, one-on-one program which addresses an individual's specific abilities and deficiencies and helps them remain as independent as possible.
Medication is not enough.
